Teenage Beginner
The Teenage Beginner course is designed specifically for teenagers aged 13–17 who are new to swimming or want to build basic water confidence. The program focuses on developing essential swimming skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Students will learn fundamental water safety, floating, breath control, and basic strokes. Through guided instruction, participants will gain comfort in the water, improve coordination, and build confidence at their own pace.
No prior swimming experience is required. Our certified instructors provide personalised support to help every teen progress, whether their goal is to enjoy recreational swimming or prepare for more advanced lessons.

Squad
The Squad Swimming Program is designed for swimmers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This program focuses on stroke refinement, endurance, speed, and race techniques in a structured and challenging training environment.
Swimmers will follow a progressive training plan that includes aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, interval training, starts and turns, and race strategies. The program is led by experienced instructors who provide individualised feedback to help each swimmer reach their personal goals—whether that’s improving technique, building fitness, or preparing for competitions.
Squad levels may be structured by age and ability to ensure appropriate training intensity and progression.

Stroke technique and efficiency (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
Starts, turns, and finishes
Endurance and sprint training sets
Racing skills and competition readiness
Goal-setting, teamwork, and discipline
